Top 5 Questions

1. Where is my order?

A. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days, however delivery of items can take up to 15 working days?

2. I have received my order but the SD card is missing?

A. SD cards are already inserted into the R4 card, have you checked the slot in the top of the R4 card?

3. My R4 card has stopped working? Why?

A. You may have allowed the console to update its firmware via Nintendo therefore blocking the use of your current R4 card, you may try updating the firmware to the latest version by downloading the files from http://www.r4i-sdhc.co and copying across to your SD card or ultimately you may have to upgrade your actual R4 card to the latest version (please contact us if this the case as we can offer you a discount on your purchase).

4. I have loaded games/applications onto my SD card but they do not appear on the menu?

A. You must ensure all game/application files are placed in the root of the SD card (the very first folder when you open the card in my computer) and not in folders or subfolders as they will not be recognised.

5. My item has been stopped at customs and I have been charged a fee, why?

A. We do not charge you TAX on you purchase and you therefore get a good price, on very rare occasions items will be stopped by customs and a fee applied, this on average only happens to approximately 1 in every 1000 orders.
